Abstract

Solving math problems is a difficult activity for many students. School problems pose artificial situations that lead them to wonder about a context that does not recall their knowledge and experience. Also the question of problems appears contrived and remote from experience. It is therefore necessary that the teacher reflect on the questions that children ask themselves to recognize and propose authentic and significant problems.
