The Censis annual report defines the PNRR a bigger and more difficult undertaking than the Marshall Plan. In fact, Covid has aggravated the working situation, causing the explosion of the employment and PIL problems that have been with us for at least a decade. We have a country to mend and rebuild, in a climate that is that of a post-war period without war victims. One of the objectives of the PNRR is to increase scientific culture to support the development of the country. There are many problems to be solved and they concern tangible and intangible infrastructures. Among these, the most necessary infrastructure is that of knowledge and training. The investments envisaged by component 2 of Mission 4 of the PNRR, entitled "From research to business", are analyzed in detail here.
