What future awaits us

Abstract

The country is stabilizing in terms of the pandemic and looks to the future to recover in quality an education system that has not been able to withstand comparison with others in the OECD results. The proportion of “illiterates returning” is also worrying.The PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) in the past would have been considered a "dream book"; now outlines essential projects for our future as an industrialized country. This objective requires that the entire education system be reviewed and innovated; the initial training of teachers must be radically changed, strengthening skills through continuous training in service.
