The art of listening of Primo Levi
Abstract
The history of primary school shines with great examples of listening, from Maria Montessori to Celestin Freinet, from John Dewey to Mario Lodi to name just a few Masters, however in general teachers reserve listening for monitoring the learning of reading and writing, for which it is an indispensable condition. Primo Levi's novel La chiave a stella shows the importance of listening in the scientific field with extraordinary effectiveness.
