The notion of "grammar of the law" is presented as irreducibly plural, as is also shown by the ancient comparison between law and language, which has developed along multiple lines that can be traced back to different theoretical positions. The nature of normative language and juridical language, articulated in different orders, mainly written but not only, involves various possible meanings of juridical grammar analyzed above all in the thought of Italian authors such as Pugliatti, Scarpelli, Bobbio.Published
